We're super excited to partner again with S.T.A.R.(Sea Turtle Assistance and Rescue) for the Seventh Annual Protect Our Pier: Land & Underwater Clean Up on Thursday February 12, 2026!!! We are inviting all Certified Divers, and members of the community to join us for this land & underwater clean-up at the Frederiksted Pier and surrounding areas. We will have scuba divers in the water and volunteers on land cleaning the areas surrounding the pier including the rocks along the shoreline stretching from the south side near The Fred all the way north to Cowboy Beach. It's our goal to be good stewards of this world-famous dive site and protect the diverse population of marine life that make it their home. Divers should arrive to the pier at 8:30AM for a quick dive briefing and assignment. Land volunteers should arrive at 8:45am for Task/Team Assignment. The clean-up will begin promptly at 9:00am and we hope to wrap up between 11-11:30am.
WE ARE REQUESTING THAT ALL PARTICIPANTS REGISTER HERE ON THIS PAGE (use the form below) BY SUN. FEB. 8th SO WE ARE SURE TO HAVE ENOUGH SUPPLIES/GEAR AVAILABLE FOR ALL.
FREE TANKS, weights, and clean up supplies will be available ON-SITE to registered volunteers through the generosity of our sponsoring dive shops (listed alphabetically):
